React js/native developer for fulltime-freelance project

We have an upcoming startup company that will soon roll out mid this year and we need to speed up production by adding a fulltime react js or react native developer to the team, currently we have devs working as parttime freelancers.

salary is equivalent to a fulltime employee but will be working from home as a freelancer for now, as office is not yet ready, but will work together with the team.
salary grade will depend on experience.
