Using the same version and I don't get any pop-ups. No addons pud ni. Just in case someone would say "naa tingali ka add-on".

when i clicked on the number 2 to get to the next page, i get the pop-up...

Those are definitely not from us. Try to disable your extensions and see if they still come up. I would try and see if there is a Cinema Plus plugin, extension, or program installed on your system.
