Boss coach alvarez is teaching my 7y/o son ok man cya..... Pero at first ipa train sa nya sa iya mga assistants then if ready na for the big pool he will take over..... He is also training ny elder son in preparation for te palarong pambansa which will be held this summer

-if you are a good swimmer, depth and size does'nt matter. after all you are not yet into olympics.

nakakita sad lagi ko sa newspaper na naa summer camp this end of April sponsored by milo? sa camp marina ang venue, LIMPYO or MAAYO mana ug MAINTENANCE ang pool diha? nya it says c coach Lando Alvarez ang coach.
