That's a good start in getting into this hobby...

If fish bowl ra jud imu gusto, and naka decide naka ana...

Pros:
low cost
space saver

Cons:
Constant water change - (research why so you will understand)
Limited fish stock (i suggest only keeping one in a bowl, same reason as what you'll find in the research i suggested)

Also although gold fish is popular in fish bowls, i would not suggest that... Kay mas maayo ang gold fish sa cold water, and medyo dirty fish na cla so mag cge jud ka water change. Suggest keeping one betta fish... look for a nice one... para ma enjoy nimu tanaw...


Pero if seryoso jud ka,
start with a 8-10 gallon tank with a hang on filter. This is a good size for starters...
Also research, research and more research labi na if you are thinking of eventually shifting to planted tanks...
