Current trial expansions nako. 2 cows (1 buntis na), goats (dia na ang female, ga reserve nako ug anglo nubian male goat), carabao (I have 1 lang and still looking for a good source for new stock).

Total area size 10 hectares lang. Will expand to the neighboring farm areas when the need comes.
Water source namo is deep well and river.
Electricity source namo kay solar and grid.

Sa plants side. I have corn, atsal, kamatis, lettuce, eggplants all watered with drip irrigation. We also have coconuts, banana, durian, rambutan.

Naa ko silingan na farm doing well with his dragon fruits.

Btw, IT ako background for 20 years.

Ga hinay2x ra expand to other projects kay lisod na ug dili ma apas.

Although naay nangapaso sa partnerships in farming, as long as legal and documented ang partnership, wala man problem. Ako na tanaw nga pwede ka sugdan sa taga city is mamalit ug cow for fattening unya ipa dala ug partner farmer. Just think of it as savings. Visit the cows and farm every weekend. These visits will give you valuable insights into farming. Makita nimo ang kapoy ug hago nga side. And ma timbang ra nimo. When the cow reach the right age/weight, baligya then sharing mo sa net ato nga cow.

20 years ko sa it job in Cebu. I wish gi invest to nako tanan to something like I mentioned above.

Sayang nindot na diay unta to imong setup.

Naa sad similar agreement ang BAI with us regarding sa sheep.

Hehe

Ang carabao diri, probably the last one I'll keep. Gamit ni sauna nga wala pa tractor diri. Not sure if mag restock ko.
Stop na ko sa livestock and will never do it again if it is commercial-driven coz all I want is to let my family quietly enjoy my produce. As of now my animals are taken cared by myself and free-range including their monthly worming. Im planning of making a small fresh-water fish pond around 150 sq.m and a cute 200 sq.m for a variety vegetables for consumption only. Now focus sa ko in growing sweet pepper plants and appollo tomatoes, btw, learning curve pa sad ko and these two plants are going to be my income generator in the future hehe

Wala sir. Pero ask lang if naa ka pangutana. Mo share ko sa ako na hibawan. Deep bedding system amo gamit sa fattening. At the moment 4 ka sow naa nako. Na cull mi ug 4. Max sow level sa ako structure karon is 8. My fattening pens can handle only up to 30 to 49 pigs.

    Veggies area

    Rambutan area, Orchard

loading area, this pic, loading coconuts

    prepping soil for veggies

    piggies

3/4 sa property mostly ingon ani pa. Kalasangan. I do afternoon hikes with these buddies.

But lately I've been hiking with these two. Mas ma kaya nila ang longer distances without me worrying much sa ilang drinking water. Experimental pani ang duha. I'm adding 4 more fem goats before year end.
