Hope you can shed light with this additional clarifications:

1) When she accepted the case, is she the one who accepted it or its her secretary/assistant?
2) If no, then file a criminal case against the secretary/assistant, dakong chance nga wala kabalo ang abogado ana, if yes then go to IBP Cebu and file a complaint, simple..
3) If indeed she accepted the case, did she asked for additional supporting documents that is needed sa appeal? sometimes its the law firms staff that is erring kay tapulan mo followup or molakaw sa papeles.


Kay ang gihatag nga contact sa secretary raman gud...thats why i asked this 3 questions..

Some people gustog libre... or barato... you got options... dont blame other professional nga mahal sila or anti-poor... most professional had spent thousands if not millions just to get where they are... and they are not in a charity business... maski akoa... if someone mo barat nako or magpalibre... pag puyo diha... kung wala kay budget... pag puyo... im not into charity! i have bills to pay and mouths to feed...

disbarment is just removal from legal practice, or punishment like suspension... it is a pettition... since disbarment case is submitted to IBP then its the IBP would recommend to the court if there are any Civil/Criminal liabilities ang lawyer... compensation will depend if the lawyer owes you... like you give him money pero wala gitrabaho... but if wala... then wala ray madawat... kundi fulfilment sa justice..

if you file a complaint dili ka pwede ikiha ug balik... unless lang siguro ug ni post kag malicious or libelous nga post FB or istorya.net aw piti jud ka...

dapat if naay reklamo its better to keep silent nalang and file the case.... and refrain commenting while the case is ongoing...

In the first place, dapat ikaw, as the primary person involve sa case, kay imo kana na kaso, dapat ikaw ang nag sigeg update didto sa iyang office kung na unsa na ang filing, ang problema sa imo kay ikaw mismo nagpa baya.
