    and of course balance pud nga naa kay go grow and glow foods japon.

    1st is genetics - kun tambokon ka, then tambokon jud ko, lucky for you kun matigbak ka nga tambok gihapon, that means wala ka magka lisod lisod.

    2nd is mind over matter - magpa daot ka for what?? bottom line is kun tambok ka, unya maayo kaayo modala ug palami-lami, then dont even bother losing weight, enjoy life and the pleasures that come along.

    3rd is discipline - kun naa na mga putahe sa imong atubangan , all diet schemes can be easily thrown out the window, pasabot ana kulangan ka ug disiplina tungod kay kulangan ka ug latos sa gamay pa ka... mirisi nimo..
