    a person's physique is a product of many factors, foremost are genetics and lifestyle. wa na gyud tay mahimo sa genetic factor kay unsaon gikan man nas atong mga ginikanan. ang lifestyle (including na sa diet, exercise, stress level etc) maka affect pud. so ang imo tingali mahimo bai change sa imong diet, kana kun underweight ka. kaon mas daghan kaysa sauna pero stick to healthy foods gihapon para way negative effect sa imong lawas. exercise regularly kun kaya (kini nga part maoy pinaka lisud para nako ).

    eat every second of the day..plenty of chocolates and sweets..soda...rice for carbo...5 cups of rice per meal....1 month mura nka ug si yukozuna
