If you happen to go to Ayala Center today, there's an exhibit by architects..

And I think there are many mid-rise and high-rises coming for cebu..

In Cebu Business Park alone, I think there are three highrises being proposed..

IAFT of Bigfoot is NOT PULLING out of Mactan as earlier stated...

The story goes that a top official mr.-you-know-who in Lapu-lapu city is "demanding" millions in order for IAFT to be declared a Special Economic Zone.. According to a fellow poster from another forum, a very big banner was put at IAFT's campus saying "PROJECT CANCELLED." It also said that the campus will be transferring nalang to SRP and the present facility converted into a Hotel..

But a recent statement said that IAFT will just expand to SRP and the present facility's status will be worked out...

This corrupt official, whom I think is the same one who threatened to auction off Mactan-Cebu International Airport, should be reprimanded and made to step down.. He's a big shame to all our investors..

goodnews: workers are already fencing the lot across Pag-ibig in CBP. i asked one of the workers and he said they'll be constructing a 15-storey building.. but he's not sure what kind of building

another good news: this is a project of Arch't. Francisco Noel. he said this will be constructed in SRP next year 2006.. hope the construction of this building will trigger a "construction explosion" in SRP..[/center]
