LTO Main ay. Took me 1.5 days para makuha nako akong plastic card drivers license... no cheating, no fixer, no bayaran... makuha ra gani ni ug 1 day...

mao na proud kaayo ko sa akong drivers license hehehehehehehe....

same here, LTO cebu just got my license today.

though naa pay written and practical exam, wala jud hasol impressive ayu ilang system, very efficient.

zero you don't need a fixer because everything is now computerized. LTO is improving their image after the Toledo issue. Willie's ferrari.....

to those who just got their driver's license from LTO Cebu i just wanted to ask how long was the interval from the day you'v got your SP until the day you filed for your non-pro license.. if ever i file my non-pro driver's license a month after i got my SP can i possibly get my plastic license on the day that i file?
