This truly happened. I am not a disgruntled employee nor a competitor of Starbucks. Although i currently work for an IT company that also own a coffee shop. I work as webdesigner for a dating website. But this has nothing to do with it. This is an honest to goodness account.
I emailed the Philippine franchise center almost a year ago, but i havent received any reply from them until now. That's why i decided to spread this issue because my complaint fell on deaf ears, kung naa may ears ang Rustan's.

well if you read it...
An admin staff says this "Sir, there's nothing to worry about, because the 2 screws are clean, and besides it's already midnight when you ordered the coffee"....
My 7 year old niece can answer better....If she was there at Starbuck's
If you think we would fall for your story do it better.....
The admin staff could have said nothing because she could be in shock for if it were truly a screw....or the admin staff was probably drunk too...
Did you even bother to get the name of that admin staff
If I were answered that way I would have taken her name and all the names of the employees....DUH!!!!!!

Stick to your coffee shop dude...Maybe the screws taste better there....

Hope the local Starbucks Management knows how to treat their customers well, especially Filipinos. Kitang mga Pinoy gud "kiss ass" basta foreigners na.
