The lightest so far (aside from Puppy Linux) is Peppermint ICE it has no scanner/printer/burner (you can add them if you want to) the installation is 500+mb only and boots in less than 30sec.
Its so light that you can actually decided what to put into it.. and its has prism SSB (Site Specific Browsing)

yep.. and it was all basic..
same as puppy..
gamit lang nako pang download lang nga computer.. this is pentium 4 with 256mb ram and 80gb HDD
if mo gamit ko ug other distro or windows it cuts down my hdd space about 7gb
if other distro okay lang kay naa man 2gb but sayangan gihpn ko sa space.. hehe so I decided DSL for downloading purposes only.. hehehehe lol
