i am part of the Shotokan Karatedo Organization headed by Sir Jess Paredes. the school offers instructions on the major styles of Karatedo. the primary style is Shotokan. The schedule is MWF at Abellana starting at 7PM near the soccerfield. Saturday training is at its Hombu ( headquarters) at San Roque Covered Court in Subangdaku at 6:30. Rates are very minimal, reasonable and flexible. pls contact 09198087624 for info. thanks

im a senior student of shihan winnie abbu dela rosa. naa mi magpraktisan sa abellana. every saturdays and sundays 1-4pm. ang ako nahibaw-an is 25 per sesion. wla ko kabalo about naa bay membership fee kay dili man ko manghilabot ana gud. im there free of charge kay nagtabang naman sad ko og tudlo gud. but during summer we have classes from mon-sat 1-4pm. ang rate ana is per month na. it ranges from 300-400 (not sure). OSKA does not only teach the shorin ryu style of karate but also the balintawak style of stick fight, dagger fighting, holding techniques, arm locking and breaking. but the major style is Okinawan Shorin Ryu under the lineage of shihan siege shiroma.
