mga bros... while you're enjoying jogging, dont forget to monitor your health pud. sometimes a rest is helpful to obtain high performance in running/jogging and diet of course is also important... plus proper gears...

yes bro...you can see/buy it at Time Depot at the SM Northwing..but if you have contacts/relatives from the states, much better if you buy it there...it's half the price compared to the price tags at Time Depot.

background: i started getting serious with running 5 months ago (august 2, 2007). no previous running experience. was neither into physical fitness nor sports. i was a typical sedentary: loved literature, films, and t.v. shows.

fun run/s: i've run 2 10ks: 2nd seminary fund run (57 minutes) and kasadya fun run (forgot to use my watch but i placed 4th in the fun run category). i skipped the 3k's and the 5k's.

    training: if possible 6 times a week. 4 sessions of easy 30-minute-runs. 1 endurance/long run. 1 speedwork/fartlek.

gears: adidas fortitude shoes, new balance 892 shoes, accel shorts, singlets or t-shirts. generic digital watch i bought from avon. reebok wristbands. mp3.

i'm quite unsure if i genuinely have discipline. i have the drive, that causes me sometimes to overtrain, which is bad.
i have time on my side though. i work in our small family business in the morning so i have all the time in the afternoon to do whatever i want.
