I think anywhere in the world, we can work as long as we are determined on that particular work. If you think working in Saudi is the best you can give to yourself and to your family, so go for it. What's important is that you're working because you want to progress and more importantly, you're working in order for you to live and the rest of your family can benefit of your hardwork. To every family-man, I think the more you love your family, the more you will strive harder no matter what.....

lisod kaayo ang walay trabaho rong panahona labi na ug de-pamilya na ka. that's why you need to settle whatever opportunity that comes from you. lisod kaayo magsige lang ug salig sa uban. so better yet, strive your own coz it's for you and for your family's benefit. Afterall, who knows in the future kung daghan na ka matigom and maasenso na ka sa imo kinabuhi, you will not anymore work for money but money will work for you na.

well it depends what field are you in... but for me female OFW's bound for Saudi are prone to abuse, maybe I am just generalizing it. I have friend, her sister is an assistant dentist, she was harrased their by her boss that was an Arabian, even for professionals like them, they're still prone to like that.. better to look for other countries like Singapore, Thailand, China, and Japan or UAE these places pays hi salary and good place to develop your carreer. btw, whats your field?

Let us say successful ka dha and you are earning a lot. Sa imung geingon family man ka. So ge sacrifice nmu ang imu kaugalingon pra sa future sa imu family dri sa pinas correct? u think u will be giving them a good future in the long run nga mag depend sa imu tungod sa ka DAKO sa imu ge earn dha. I agree with optimusprime, I had work in Cebu for 10 years as Graphic Designer and nothing happens to me interms of financial…and the salary that I been getting was not enough for the needs of my family… now i’m working here in Grand Cayman for 5 months already and we’re almost paid all our debts, hopefully by next year will be able to save and after my 3rd year, I’ll be back home to start a business.

Working in abroad specifically in the Middle East are for losers nga wala ka trabaho dri.
I dont think ingon ana kadako ang pay dha compared dri,. based sa cost of living and inconvenienece dha.
Its not worth it I would say. Usa sad mentality nato nga mga pinoy basta OFW ka daghan knu ka ug kwarta.
So anha daun magbaha nag mangau nmu nga mga relatives wala cla kabalo unsa ka kalisud ug panarbaho.
Maingon na lng nga lain ang malipay sa imu geha guan.
