Yes possible cla ma best. As observers lang (not coming from that school), we would want to know why is it the best. Web designing does not quantify para mahimo nga best. for me its the best... compare to other schools ang gamit nila nga programming language sa ACt kay mas advanced jud kay sa other skuls dli lng ko mg mention ug schools pro naa koy mga kaila as in "java" , " "C++" lng gyapon cla... not like ACT nga naa na sa "PHP" , "C#" , ".net" ug uban pah.. sO kamu unsa may pag tan.aw ninyu ana??
