I agree with Ridney, a class B private address must be used to accomodate 400 PCs without having to create 2 different sub-networks (which is the case if using class C addressing). Simply using 255.255.0.0 as subnet mask and yet using a class C address won't do and I believe Windows would promptly tell you that you are using the wrong subnet mask.

use class b subnet mask nlang 255.255.0.0 bsan pla ka ip kita na tanan...

hehehe dili man na baligya mga bro, search lang sa google or sa yahoo "IP Calculator" freeware rana mga bro, specify lang ka pila ka nudes imong network then mo hatag na cya og ip range with the subnet mask. with the ip calculator maka compute cya og unsay gusto nimo na exact computers on a network.

Yup TuFF is correct dili sila magkita kung daghan jud ang imong host e class B nalang imong network 172.16.x.x/16 (172.16.x.x/255.255.0.0) syaro 65,534 gud na ka hosts, then imong computers kay 400 ra kabook so kaya kaayo bisan 10,000 pa ka computers pwede. Basi rani sa akong nakat-onan mga bros. hehe
