Yes Maam, mao ra jud ni ako gamit. Shake plus jogging.
Naa noon ko'y half-cup rice plus chicken lunch. Nya naa pod ko'y 1 apple snacks.
I've heard a lot of diet-diet thingies, but kani siya, wala jud ko ka-feel og gutom while dieting.

If nahan ka Maam, contact lang ani ay: 0933 348 0277 (SUN). I-wellness-evaluation pa man ka Maam. Taga-an man ka'g usa ka free shake nga tinood jud nga free. Naa'y mga 3 minutes short chit-chat about sa imong evaluation.

    Best tip:
If paminaw nimo nga medyo gi-hype og maayo ang imong chit-chat with her during your meet-up/evaluation, just say NO lang jud Maam. Ayaw kabalaka, og ayaw ka-ikog. Kay di na sila kapugos Maam. Just take my word for it.

Though ako on my end, i was very determined man gud nga magpa-reduce

Question.... asa diay dapita inyoha Maam @Christot ?

Wow thanks! Not bad kesa sa mga slimming pills nga mulapas ug 2k ang cost. ang kanang 1.4k is apil na ana ang shake or lahi sad nga gasto? I think mahulog guro na gibayran ang shake (katong free na ihatag) haha. Naa ko talamban now currently nag stay. Asa dapit iheld ang program?

Sa 1st meet-up ninyo, ang 1st shake will be free. You are actually paying it by just listening for 3 minutes.
Your 2nd day will be the 1st day of your 10-day program. Mao ni ang imong bayaran for P1.4k.

I think she is able to meet you up diha dapit sa (CMIC) Cebu Mary Immaculate College.

Can you PM me your number?
Or you can just message that contact number Maam. Viber-whatsapp-text are ok.
Don't forget to mention nga iStoryan ka Maam aron sure nga free imong 1st shake during the meet-up.

For 3 months progress nko, i lost 20 lbs. which is a big achievement for me esp wala koy ggamit nga supplements. Now im 81kg from 90 kg since I started.
I did intermittent fasting (8 hr eating window), and in the gym 2-3x a week doing cardio and weight-lifting para napay muscle. But more on leaning sa ko ron, later ko mu bulking which i need to invest in supplements najud.
Then always mind the calories in and out, it should be around 20-25% caloric deficit everyday to lose weight. Ok ra mu eat more than the recommended calorie intake as long as mabawi nimo sa pagburn

    Super agree!
I just wish I could find time and spare cash to go to the gym.
Wala ra ka nag-whey protein Boss?

Sa akong namatikdan lang, mura'g mas dali mo-loss weight ang younger adults compared to middle adults.
Correct me if im wrong though.

bro, for now wala ko nag-whey although i know helpful xa for muscle repair but g-test lng sa nko if walay supplements. Kaon lng banana ug meat with veggie after workout.

yup middle adults would have harder time losing weight kay ang metabolism sad mu slow down as we age. but im 29 so i think i would consider myself middle adult.haha

Good for you Boss! Young adult pa ka oi! Late 30's onwards ang mid-adult.

A little suggestion lang Boss, IF you got better access to bayabas, mas better source of natural protein siya compared to bananas. And between bananas, mas maayo ang lakatan bananas for diet-diet.
