Kidding aside, seduction is a hormonal reaction that happens mostly in men.
The reason for this is plain and simple, to reproduce.
Males need to be seduced in order to get a hard on.
If no hard on occurs, se*ual intercourse is nearly impossible.

Girls don't need to be seduced, they can still reproduce even if they are unconscious, for example raping a drunk passed out girl.
