i live by faith and not by sight. i admit i am agnostic but i'm more into the believers' side. choosing what you believe in is based solely on faith. i cannot prove god's existence as atheists cannot prove his non-existence, therefore i chose to believe in something that i KNOW could make me and the world better...a God.

this is not a an operational definition. this is a bible passage that contains something that an anthromorphic divine being supposedly gave, with allusions (or pseudo-warnings) of the grace of belief, and the fate of non-belief.

So Gareb when you die , who do you think you are gonna meet ?? God ?? Allah ?? Buddha ?? Etc , you are asking an OPERATIONAL DEFINETION w/c ..... literally you wanted a definition from the bam !! DICTIONARY . Yes bible are full of textes but that was the faith for , believed in the words of the bible and be saved and have an everlasting life with God the Father , God the SOn , Holy Ghost and all the saints and angels in the heavens ..... if u are a CHRISTIAN .

Wether I can give an " operational definition " or not , no one in this world can be convinced by me for who am I alone . By the way , the threadstarter I believed asked for if we believed in God and not only the God the Father but as well as Buddha , Allah , Shinto , etc .
