down jud bai, mga 4 days na ni. nationwide man guro ni nga problema...

na notice nako downtime mga kadkawn pa... connected ako net pero di ka browse. ako gi change ang DNS na OK ra.

then today at around 5:20PM, down gyud nga walay signal ako SIM. Pero na balik ra man sad hinoon after mga 10 minutes.

Using postpaid BTW.

Good day!

I bought a Smart Bro LTE Sim (The 50php one) for my TP-Link pocket wifi.

My problem is that the signal is only up to a 3G connection, and is very slow. I thought that the problem is that our area isn't that quite covered by Smart's LTE signal.

Then I plugged the Sim on my S7 phone, and without any effort it can get Smart's 4G sjgnal, and is quite fast.

I then plugged my Globe LTE sim to my Pocket wifi, thinking that the problem is with the pocket wifi, but it can get a 4G connection easily also. The Globe LTE sim is the one that is currently used for my S7 phone for mobile data purposes.

So my questions are:
1. Is the Smart Bro Sim that I bought (the 50php one) only work with a Smart Bro Pocket Wifi to get a 4G connection? Like it's locked somehow to work only on a Smart Bro pocket wifi?
2. There's a 40php version of a Smart LTE sim. I opted for the 50php one since it said that it's for pocket wifi devices. Should I have bought that one, instead of this one?

Unsa nana kadugay nimu nga plan sir? Naa bai restrictions sa usage ana as far as downloads? Akong barkada ni ana man gud if heavy imong bandwidth, specifically sa downloads kay e.flag daw ka bisag unlimited data ang plan.

last thursday in 4 to 5hrs naka-download ko ug 81gb+ nga files
wala man flag (tok2x sa bong2x)
tuloy ligaya
