toki is more of a time, occassion or moment

watashi ha kodomo no toki, isshoukenmei benkyoushimashita. (When I was a child, i study very hard.)

tabetta toki, watashi wa gochisou samadeshita to iimasu. (After eating,I say gochisou samadeshita.)

anata is not advisable to use, its impolite
labi na when talking to a person higher than you

you can remove the anata when talking to the person
or you can use the person's name plus the proper suffix (-san, -kun, -chan, -sama, etc)

I think ,it's better to use "wa" than "ha" , kung isulat ninyo sa romaji.

kay "wa" man ang pag pronounce sa "ha" .

kung hiragana pagka sulat, correct na nga "ha" (は) ang gamiton .

maskin sa mga japanese - english books ,

gamit nila ang "wa" jud sa pag sulat ... hiragana to romaji.
