depends on what you use it for, a contest of stability Intel has the upper hand while the contest of overclocking goes to Asus

i had an intel before and also an asus... very much happy with both, never really had horrors with them... now i'm using an epox... still very much happy with it, though not really that impressed... i would probably go back for an asus one day...

2. Intel - intel chipset
3. Asus - sis chipset

and karon, Epox 9NPA3 Ultra nvidia nga chipset... 1st time nako mag AMD but as far as performance ok man pud tanan... kaning Epox, unsay rating ani?

Both are pretty good, no Cons actually.

Intel ( highend ) is targetted on mission critical server and datacenters
Asus ( highend ) is targetted for gamers/performace enthusiats
