    Default network problem



    please help me with my network problem........ when i try to view my workgroup computers there's an error :

    "workgroup name" is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resources...............

    nikalit man lang ni cya....ambot ngano ni.... pls. mga expert tabangi ko.... kai dili ko ka gamit sa uban files nako naa sa lain PC.....

    Ryt klik My Network Places den klik Properties

    Ryt klik Local Area Connections den Properties again

    @ LAC-General highlight "Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) den klik porperties again

    then nput some entries lyk: IP add, SubNet Mask, Default Gateway and the Preffered and Alternate DNS's

    ciaro.... ug di gihapon makita, gamitig eyeglasses wahehe....

    login ka with the same account sa pikas PC. .maybe wala ka access sa pikas.

    1st check kung parehas ba ang workgroup name
    2nd check kung parehas ba og subnet each PC (assuming na internal static IP imo gamit)
    3rd check kung nka enable imo file sharing
    4th kung XP SP2 ka...check imong windows firewall
    5th check imong network switch/cable kung properly connected ba imong PC

    try to create anader profile bro, sa imu rana profile kay nikalit man kaha, nka DL ra ka ug spyware malware bro

    profile means, new user bro, see to it nga imo gcreate ky naa sd sa unit nga u want to access, then ang shared folder ibutang sd ang user pra dli xa restricted sa security, ciaro :mrgreen:

    sakto ka bro new profile is new user... :mrgreen:

    Bro, ask lang ko kung kanang user name nga imong gigamit pag log-in naka member bana siya sa local admin rights. Kung dili na siya administrator sa local restricted dyud na siya on any changes specially workgroup name. Please check you user rights
