1. whats the account? whos your client?
2. any "special" equipments or tools you need sa internet cafe (headsets, etc..)
3. whats the rate? (pesos or dollars)
4. i think you'll use Skype unless you have a VOIP hardware or software
5. you have the "manpower" already to answerthe calls?
6. or home-based people will do (kanang mga naay kaugalingong DSL sa balay)?

answers:

1. ako lang i.pm nmo
2. just headset ra nga epektibo. speed sa internet dapat paspas. if naay generator... mas maayo.
3. canadian dollars ang rate. whatever the rate sa CAD in pesos during payday, mao sad ang conversion rate.
4. nope... we will set up our own VOIP system and own dialer. para ma monitor jud ang number of calls and time naa sa phone and at work. attendance is logged on the system. ang client nay mo hatag ana. ako dri sa balay naa gani. monitor jud nila tanan.
5. wala pay man power. iv got around 7 resumes nadawat na pro ako pa i.forward didto sa client. sila ang mo paper screen. ako sugdan interview and test nig balik nila sa resumes to those who qualified sa ilang screening.
6. homebased will be accomodated pero first month, naa jud sila dapat sa office mag work for the screening if they can really sell.

Instead of an internet cafe where the facilities are already worn out due to heavy users, i am planning of letting you use, exclusively of my place. A place where you may have privacy, with a real office atmosphere (more or less). I will offer you the same rate as if you are renting an internet cafe.
