I'm trying to help a friend. Nag-AWOL siya sa usa nga call center sa cebu kay dili na niya makaya ang pressure sa work. He's been working for more than 3 years. Makadawat pa kaha siya'g last pay niya with the pro-rated 13th month pay and other pending bonus pays?

FYI lang bro ha nya ingna pod ang imo friend kuno.... walay ma himo ang ang company og mo resign naka, og naa mo contract nya maka afford ka kay bayari. dili sila ka puggong nimo.

wala kay ma kuha na certificate of employment...
sayang imo experience for 3 years...
wala kay ma refer sa ila company...

now think of this the other way around if nag tarong pa cya og resign.

pa submita nalng sya formal resignation, pahatag lang excuse why nag awl sya, so he can get sa mga pay nga pwede niya makuha..bisan pag awol sya, if gi trabahoan niya iyang kuhaon, makuha jud na niya...kay that is work rendered...
