This is good for best health and fitness, diet can also refer to the food and drink a person consumes daily and the mental and physical circumstances connected to eating...

Good toast. If you aren’t a big breakfast person and you want something lighter to eat, try toast. No, not a piece of flavorless white bread with butter and some meat. Get some whole grain bread (look at the ingredients list to make sure there isn’t any high fructose corn syrup in it) and put some healthy toppings on it. You can also use a Meat Slicer if you have one (here are some good reviews https://homus.org/best-meat-slicer/) Here are a few: peanut butter and bananas; sliced avocado with salt, pepper, and olive oil; scrambled eggs (remember those?); berries and cream cheese; guacamole and tomatoes; turkey sausage and cheese.

Remember to balance your meals. Know the amount of calories you need to consume in a day, so you can control your portions. A good, healthy breakfast can really be delicious when done right. I hope you got some good ideas from this post. Happy eating!

Check it out too, and I am sure that you will like it
