MATERIALS:
pendulum
chakra crystals:any tumblestones colored violet/white for the crown, indigo for the thirdeye,
blue for the throat , pink or green for the heart, yellow for the solar plexus, orange for the sacral and
red/black for the basic chakra

PROCEDURE:
Get a partner
Lie down (the subject/patient)
Put the crystals on each chakra point (corresponding to the chakra)
Ask your partner to dowse your chakra (Let him hold the pendulum and put in on one chakra point)
Starting from the basic chakra
Let him take note of the movement of the pendulum
If the pendulum is either in counterclockwise, jiggling or not moving at all,
the patient should visualize a ball of light (the brightest that one can ever imagine)
Corresponding to the chakra in question
Let the patient visualize that ball of light growing bigger, spinning faster in a clockwise motion
Also, let the patient intend that that chakra in question to normalize
Do this until it registers in the pendulum
After the basic chakra, do the same step to the sacral up to the crown
Let the one holding the pendulum check the energies of the chakras one more time
If the pendulums have uniform spin in each chakra (clockwise)
Then you are balanced.

to the thread poster, focus on your brow chakra, the third eye. this corresponds to the pituitary gland in the human body. and just as the pituitary gland is the "master gland" that controls the endocrine system, so does the third eye control all your chakras.

if you say that your crown chakra and your root are the dominant chakras now, you are then going in both extremes, at one time very practical and grounded, and at other times you are too spaced out or spiritual. is this the case? why do you say this?
