GNC workout supplements ok ra ba?

g compare nako some stuff sa GNC like amino, whey etc.. sa uban brands (Twinlabs) , its a little bit cheaper.
ngayu unta ko recommendation guys if this is effective or i should stick to the more established, expensive brands...

as of now mao ni ako ma suggest nako, keep it simple.. Whey, Creatine ug vitamins+minerals

Whey 2lbs - around Php 1.1~1.2k
Whey 5lbs - around Php 2.2~2.5k
Whey 10lbs - around Php 4~4.6k

wa pa ko sure sa creatine.. mo check pa ko.. last nako kita ug creatine is around 700~1400

naa ko na kitan na protein shake na naai creatine, protien, l-glutinaime(wa ko sure sa spelling), animal max ang tawag ang na kitan nako kai tag 2.2lbs lang (estimate around two weeks) then i think ang price niya is 1k (wa ko sure..)

nawala iyang mga fats thin nagka muscle cxa....

by bottle lang palita bay kay dako au imong ma save compare si minudo...

what's with creatine? whey protein? i used power shake gnc pro performance weigh gainer 1850 to gain mass. but now i'm getting fat fast. i want to switch to another that could help me gain mass. any suggestion?
