im trying BPI Personal loan, they dont penalize you if you pay-off your loan before the maturity date, which is my plan, kay para investment man ako tuyo nga may return pud, ive checked BDO penaltihan man, im not sure sa uban, actually im choosing between BDO ug BPI

Naka try ko sa sterling bank, ok ra sad adto, 2% ila interest and if makabayad ka b4 ma end imo loan term mo hatag sila ug refund.

try bank of commerce, sir. nako amigo na manager sa one of their branch. mas nindot man na amigo nimo ang personnel sa bank para dali ra imong transaction if nagdali ka.
