Based sa ako experience naay advantage mag start ka ug Japanese company... NEC, AWS and Alliance are Japanese companies... I worked in one of them... Sa ako nahibaw.an, grabeh ang workload ug pressure dira... It helps you grow faster... But I had to resign because it took most of my personal time.. Pag balhin nako American company, which I think kay mas laxed ila work and mas naay work-life balance, nakalitan ko kay dali nalang kaayo ang trabaho... I got the edge among my colleagues coz i'm used to working really fast... But it's up to you...

Para nako based lang pud sa ako experience, mas maayo ang American firm in the long run because of its work-life balance especially if pamilyado naka... I think mas mu work ka ug longer hours sa Japanese firms... But that's just one factor... If your happy with your work then it doesn't matter what companies you are working for...

If you're starting a Japanese firm then you will have a solid foundation because of their discipline and work ethic...

got it sir! puhon siguro sir mubalhin lang ko ug american firm, as of now na medyo "loose" pa akong lifestyle, i'll stick sa japanese firms usa. para sa training lang jud.
