    nya ayaw kalita ug i-starve imo kaugalingon, kay kasagaran sa maoy buhaton, mo-rebound ra gihapon.

    Rome wasnt made in one day. Quick fix is not too effective unless kaafford kang Belo hehe.

    weight loss is indeed very challenging for most of us. i have battled with my weight problem over the years and i have lost them but gained them back very quickly but for now, i believe i have found the answer to all this. Change of lifestyle jud ts. Before, when I wanted to lose weight, its because of vanity. para maka suot ug sexy nga dili ta murag mabdos tanawon, but once I get to my desired weight, I stop na and before i knew it, i gained back the lost weight and even gained more. September of last year, I almost hit 70kgs which is already considered obese for my height of just 5 feet flat. This time, I was concerned kay I'm in my 40's na. Concerned about the illness I can get being overweight. I made a decision to stay healthy na jud, hopefully forever. Here are the things I did and hope it would help you too:
    1. Eat sensibly and start counting calories. Hasol ni at first but maanad raka. ang calories ang makapatambok nato. it means we are eating too much but cant burn everything so whatever is not burnt and use stays in the body as stored fat, mao manambok ta. there is a calorie counter online nga mo determine sa imong caloric needs, depende sa imong gender, age, height ug weight. ug mag deficit ka ug maski 500 calories a day from eating and burn some through exercise, its guaranteed nga mo lose ka. BUT remember, this cant be overnight. u have to be very patient. Avoid white carbs, eat more fruits, drink green tea at least 3 cups per day. you can eat anything but in moderation para dili kaau ka mag crave

    2. get enough sleep. importante kaau ni kay once kapoy ug hago ang lawas, taas ang stress level. it will hinder the body from burning fat. notice that most call center agents are gaining weight? stress explains this

    3. exercise at least 30 mins everyday. you dont need to go to the gym, you just have to keep moving. maski manglimpyo lang ka sa balay, walk around the mall, jog if you can. i invested in a machine i have here at home for 5,500 pesos and i can hope on my stationary bike while watching dvd or tv. 2 birds in one stone. or more benefits actually. dont need to pay for gym membership, no need to prepare a lot of things and travel to the gym. i just wear rubber shoes and start pedaling. everything i need is just at reach. dina kinahanglan ma destruct kay uban sigeg tanaw nimo. u wont be embarrass with your figure too. daghan destruction sa gym i know

    4. give up bad vices and change of lifestyle. if you smoke, give it up. if you are into night life, limit it kay alcoholic drinks has so much calories. if you are craving for a snack, get a fruit, ayaw pag sigeg palit ug chips or candies, cakes or white bread. learn how to prepare your own meal.

    September of last year til this date, i lost around 30lbs na and I will be 42 this year. I feel so much lighter, more energy and have better outlook in life. exercise kay makapawala sa sapot and you have better disposition too. its proven man gud nga it releases serotonin which is the feel good hormone present in chocolates. mao na ang uban, if depress, mag gym sila or exercise and everything feels good after rather than being an emotional eater. ang uban man gud ma depress, sweets ang daganan. i have a before and after photo sa usa ka thread diri nga section, just look for it. i'll give you and example of my daily meal

    7:00am green tea, fruit slices
    9:00am one slice whole wheat bread, hard boiled egg, green tea
    12:00nn chicken breast, brown rice, veggies, fruit slices, green tea
    2:00 pm whole wheat sandwich, spam turkey, green tea
    5:00pm fish or chicken, brown rice, veggies, fruit slices, green tea
    late night snacks: non fat yogurt BUT

    there are really days that i would grave for chips, i love piatos, chocolates, i love choco mucho and white bread, i love pan de coco, pan monggo and spanish bread, i would really eat them as long as i keep tract of what i ate, then do not forget to exercise.
    hope this helps ts. motivation, discipline and dedication is the key. lisud jud ni to start with but remember, it didnt take just one night to pile up the fat. if others did it, you can do it too. believe in yourself

    discipline+motivation+application rajd na TS. tambok jd kayo ko sauna, kanang tambok na maglisud ug saka pero ako gi discipline ako self kay na motivate ko sakung crush nya ako gi apply akung diet. boom! kami nah! <3 haha advance Happy Valentines d.i nnyo! haha OT

    ako busy man kaayo ko sa trabaho maong bisag gamay na time lisod jud para mag excercise

    so kani nalang siguro akong buhaton 1/4 nalang sakong usual na meal amount akong kan.on perme nya balahan lang ug prutas bahala na bisag unsa na prutas basta prutas haha
    nag sige bitaw kog lakaw kada adlaw nya ga lihok perme

    lipton raman sis. maski sa work, ga sige ko green tea. karon lagi, akong mga sanina, mura na ug dili akoa. mga tagak na gikan sa hawakan. na train na jud nako ako self nga gagmay nalang akong kaon
