My friend wants to franchise a Petron or Shell Gas Station either in Cebu City or Mandaue City. Do you think this business is still possible? Taking into consideration that the government might improve the transpo system in Cebu or Mandaue. Thank you for all your inputs!

I think its not yet bad to open one. Nagkadaghan ang mga sakyanan.
As for me, akong nanotice is that medyo gamay2x lang ang Petron sa Cebu City.
I can say since loyal ko sa Petron, diri ko gapatubil pirmi.
