    Default FOod you should never eat....


    :idea: found this while surfing the net - contrary it could be to popular belief, but this could serve as a warning for everyone.

    10 foods you should never eat:

    1. Quaker Oats 100 % Natural Oats and Honey Granola contain 3 teaspoons of sugar per half cup, and come laden with more artery-clogging fat than a McDonald's hamburger.

    2. Gwaltney Great Dogs Chicken Franks contain 10 or 11 grams of fat per frank. Most hotdog manufacturers now offer pork, beef, turkey, or soy franks with zero to 2.5 grams of fat per frank.

    3. Entemann's Rich Frosted Donut Variety Pack has as much saturated fat as 9 strips of bacon (10 grams).

    4. Nissin Cup Noodles with Shrimp contain pre-fried and pre-salted noodles, compounded by the practice of using artery-clogging palm oil. They add 6 times as much sodium to the noodles as potato chips contain.

    5. Frito-Lay's Wow Potato Chips are fried in olestra, a recently formulated fat substitute that some people cannot digest.

    6. Oscar Mayer Lunchables contain heavily processed meat, cheese and mostly white-flour crackers.

    7. Burger King's french fries have a salty coating that allow more fat to be absorbed.

    8. Campbell's red label soups come brimming with salt.

    9. Bugles are fried in highly saturated coconut oil. Baked Bugles are better.

    10. Contadina's Alfredo Sauce contains a large amount of butter.

    ugh did i post this in the wrong section? hehe

    neways... bagels healthwise would depend on what you wanna do - if u wanna gain weight then eat bagels, if you wanna lose weight, avoid it and if it cant be helped eat half of it.. a bagel with regular cream cheese has the same amt of calories as 3 donuts and even if bagels are low in fat, its equal to 4 servings of bread.

    well yah its byebye time .... eat ur last bagel dude! hehe bagels are fattening- stick to wheat toast if u can ... and dont eat the doughy part of the bagel - that part is super fattening

    i'm on a diet na though..

    hmmm you know alot about food kewl!
    how about if i eat 1/4 of a bagel and some strawberry yoghurt?

    guess someone is feeding u very well ..... hehe

    yoghurt is good.. healthy and plus i read it somwer that it helps with
    ugh how do i put it delicately? ... ummmm bowel movement? hehe
    and also that it helps ya lose weight plus its also high in calcium which is good for your bones and builds muscle mass... and ofcourse it doesnt hurt if its eat low-fat PLAIN yoghurts ..

    1/4 bagels?? ugh.... lolz

    hehe well you did say you wanted to lose weight
    maybe you could eat half of the strawberry yoghurt..
    one thing that wont make dieting as Die without a T is - to
    eat everything you want - BUT think and eat - half hehe
    always leave half of the whole meal on ur plate

    starting tomorrow i'm on an oatmeal (no salt or anything) diet. boohoo, still gotta pinch my nose to swallow unflavored oatmeal.
