Since ng start kog yoga I rili can't live without a dose of it everyday.. Akng ipad puno jd ug yoga apps plus akng week dli pwd nga dli ko mka yoga in any studio. Hahaaiz.. Yoga wat hav u done to me...

Share ta hir guys sa inyo experience sa yoga. Anything from accessories, yoga outfit, diet, healthy suggestions we cn use in d future or even ur experiences ..or mga inquiries sa sked sa yoga studios na u go to or recommendations wer best yoga place and d lyk since busy tnan wla na Tym mg inquire thru fone so yeah let's put it all hir,,

Will never go back to Love Yoga World Cebu ky my experience after the class, ang Receptionist ky rude kayo. She asked for my name and she said that I haven't paid yet. So I said to her I am done paying. Nya iya face mura jud ug naai doubts, I explained to her that I gave her this and that. But never jud cya ni apologize. Sayang ky nice unta ang teacher ato sa Hot Flow. Pero unsaon man ang receptionist siya man akong Makita ika abot ug ika uli, so ma bad trip rko. Yoga Hub is so professional and they are not so segurista if you paid or not.

Nice man sa Love Yoga World... So far mao akong pinakaganahan nga studio diri sa Cebu regarding ur question about yoga hub, ilang rate kay 200 per session... And if wala kay mat, additional 50 pesos.

i have never tried yoga. before i got pregnant, tig zumba ko. now that i am 4 months post partum, i started running mga once or twice a week and an officemate told me about yoga sa surya nanda. i wanted to try yoga na, maka gamay ba nig tiyan? heheh kay akng waistline before kay 26, now its 31 (pinugos pa gyod na kay murag 32 jud ko hekhek). ganahan ko mkahibaw mo headstand. d ko mo join sa beginners class nga saturday kay mao sad comment sa akng kauban, huot daw kaayo. sa sunday na cguro ko knang 1pm nga class. wala sa ko ni buy ug yoga mat kay naa mn daw libre. ginahinluan ba na nila?

YES sis they clean their mats.. so yeah clean xa.. but if u get to love njd yoga sus mgpangita jed kag imong own mat.. ako gali one day lang ako na hurot adto ayala sm ug btc nya ni balik jd kos ayala kay nganahan jd kos ilang mat.. so yeah pretty soon i know ul love the poses and ul buy ur own njd ..heheh.. surya nanda huot jd xa bsta satnyt..humfff.. sa metrosport?! huot?! 50 lng mn dw~?

yeah the best studio so far.. hav u tryd their hot yoga? akong frnd cg hagad nko 730am wa pjd ko nka kuyg.. nice ba!? super sweating ta ana!?

@porzdude: wala ko nakatry sa ilang hot yoga coz dli man gud ko hilig steam/sauna, feeling nako dili ko maka-breathe ug tarong lol... But ako unya na try this coming nov... Try sa love yoga, u'r gonna love it there. They also have diff. packages, maka save gyud ka kaysa mo-pay ka per session.
