PLDt DSL .. mo freeze usahay...

hey has anyone encountered such problem? we can connect to DSL fine, pero if connected
sometimes (usahay sad often) mu freeze ang connection like maybe after 5,10,15 minutes...
random kaayu then i have to disconnect/reconnect to solve the issue.....

wat u guys think? issue sa modem, or dsl in my area or settings?

it's probably your router or modem "freezing" due to heat... try having a better ventilation for your router / modem.

are you using a router? what model and brand?

hub/switch lang master (ako g share to another PC)... u think heating prob lang? yes probably coz naa man gud ni sa di kau well ventilated area...

if you can connect fine then your configuration is ok. I'm guessing that it is a heat issue. when your internet connection goes down, can u still connect to the other PC?

mo down sad ang pikas boss coz ako sya g Internet sharing ra.... for the meantime nangita lang kog small fan here to ventilate this thing.. thanks boss!

what I meant was whether you can still access the other PC... like get files, etc... basin pud ang imong switch ang nikaging... try lang ug ventilate.

PLDT DSL, right? well i surely believe this is a problem sa PLDT jud. this thing happens pud diri sa ako shop labi na ug kanag past 11am pa jud na daghan tao. kalit lang nga mo DC, den maski unsan pag kulikot nmo ug reset or restart ang modem and router, di gihapon sya mubalik dayon.. mga after about 5-10mins pa mubalik. try pud nako pagka DC jud nako, gipasagdan lang nako.wala nako gi reset ang modem or router den nibalik ra about 5-10mins after...

if mo try sad ka ping sa ila DNS, naa sad occational one line na PING TIME OUT na mo appear at least every screen, nya mao ni hinungdan na sa kalayo na sa mission ako gibuhat sa Guildwars, mukalit lang ug kaging ug maoy rason nangaguba ang ako mouse diri kay kay ako man ibunal kapoy ug buhat sa quest nya hapit na hinuon human na DC pa jud... balik na pud sinugdanan... haaaay!!!!

anyways try lang to report this sa ilahang costumer service.. but im sure ingnan lang ka nila na "sige sir amo lang ni himuan report... duh!

mao jud cge lang .. og ingon nga sir na report na ninyo sir ? unya if mo answer mo na karon pa aw mo ask dayon unsai PL # sir? and then mana ka hatag PL # mana dayon moana na ah cge sir mo call lang mi nimo... ! pero expecting nga naa lihok pero wala tawag na sad ka diha pa sila mo ingon na problema jud sa manila sir.
