    Default (StepByStep) Unsaon pag luto sa humba.?


    step by step lang ha.? hehehe kanang lami kay naa koy bisita puhon..
    paita jud aning mag-inusara nalang ta oe,
    nag-abang naman jud ko.

    unahag pangutana ingredients, nya after nanang step by step..
    daghan raba pd style sa pag luto ana, hehe..

    ingon ani sa amoa: Marinate liempo sa suka and knorr liquid seasoning/maggi savor. 15 minutes. Ayaw kutawa. Then combine with sprite. Boil. Add tausi, mani, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorn, sugar ug asin gamay. Simmer for 30 minutes.

    hahhaha....atots humba...sayun ra ni basta mga kuma...preha namo,...among style kay tam-is2 gamay mao mana ang humba sa dgte.. among style..ibutang ang lamas sa ilalom like unions, garlic,bay leaves,asosinas(puso saging), anis if ganahan...season to taste.. add water simmer hangtod mahumok ang karne...ahahah.. apili pd ug smile2 inig luto ayaw pagmugtok kay ma paet jd na.wahhahah

    ang ako style ani kay pabukali ang pork.. lami sya ug belly and pata... nya kuhaa ang manlutaw once duol na mobukal kay hugaw mana sya ang pait... then dha na dayn nimo butangan ug soy sauce for me Camel ako gamit kay paratan rako sa silver swan.. nya butangan ug black beans bay leaves ug asosinas.. ang secreto ani kanang mabungkag na sa kahumok and uling gamit pagluto.. hehehe waaaaaaaaa

    pa bukalan ang pork with small water for around 10 minutes para pa wagtang gamay sa mantika (kay dili man mi ganahan ug mantika-on kaayo)... place all essential ingredients stated above, then add pineapple juice den sprite/7up as liquid plus muskuvado nga sugar (kanang ipares sa puto nga pilit bugas gamit).... bring to a boil then let it run on low fire... wait till ma tender ang meat with ukay2x from time to time (ayaw ipa gahi ang meat sa pag initial pa bukal kay basin sweet chicharon ang labas).... sprite aides for tendering den pineapple juice for sweetener, add sprite and pineapple gradually as u feel needed, kay kung grabe ka daghan ang imong liquid basin mahimong tinolang humba imong menu... (ayaw kalimot ug tilaw ha? )
