Usually priority is paper, get a good brush, then artist grade watercolor.

usually ang mga gamitun ng mga nag water color kay water color palette(katong dry) and waterbrush(ma-refill nimo ng water and useful siya kung mag on-the-go painting ka)
I tried asking about the waterbrushes in National Bookstore pero wla pa daw stock :/

I use an Escoda Reserva brush kay nindot jud siya. It's quite expensive pero sulit rapud.
