High SGPT levels, Fatty Liver

Have anyone have high SGPT levels or was diagnosed to have Fatty Liver?

Have you considered alternative medicine? where man? was it effective?

avoid drinking alcohol... also avoid using rubbing alcohol and perfumes...
drink apple juice everyday... it helps...

I have not drunk beer na for a year. Ok I will try your advice.

pa check imu dugo particularly lipids profile, if taas imung SGPT levels then ipa, hepa test ka, then ipa ultra sound imu tiyan to see if your liver is enlarge or has fats

bai, my bro has fatty liver as well. do some research. it's just the product of a poor diet and lack of exercise. akong bro nanambok kai wala exercise nya sige kaon ug pinirito.

proper diet and exercise ra gyud ang tambal ana bro. that's all there is too it.

avoid fatty and oily foods. lots of exercise to burn excess fats sa body then why dont you try liveraide and the likes. basta naa lang silymarin
