our company is already providing this option to their employees. 10hrs per day. nindot pud if u want longer rest days

ideal kaayu ni naku, kay sa kakusug naku muhimo ug personal nga projects, nindut ang 3 days nga free time....
hmmm.. mejo dugy lang hulat hulat sa 12 hours per day nga work.. LOL makaluya

yes, we have to get approval from DOLE but taud2 na ni gi-offer sa amo company

mejo taas taas ang 11 hours work (1hr lunch) in one day. ako man gane, lata na kung makaabot ko 10 hours mg.atubang sa PC

as a nurse para nako ok ni sya cause naay halos kada week mag 12 hours me straight for 2 or 3 days 12 hours then rest day ug ka isa then back to work na sad. mahulog ug 2 days ra amoang rest day..... frankly speaking overworked kaayo me gamay pa sweldo wala lang jud me mahimo for now kay need pag experience .... pero nindut ning 4 days work 3 days RD......

yes, the 11hrs per day nga duty is draining jud. that's why they only offer the schedule to those people who are up for it

imagine being on a stressful job, listening to peoples problem and even 9 hours shift is draining then 2 days off pa gane na kulangan pa.
can you imagine working 11 hours? good luck jud sa health kay ang body mag adjust pa sa imo work sched. bcn mapareha sa sa uban country na magkataas ang suicidal rate tungod mentally unstable na tungod stress sa work tiwasan pa jud ug problema.
