Explore your feelings. Find out what's triggering or causing them. Try comparison basis. What are the other things that causes the same kind of feeling. Or better yet, try to look at your feelings from a third party kind of view. I know it's hard, but you can do it. It just takes time..

but what is the cause of selos?

It's only you who can answer that. Because everyone has their own reasons of being jealous.

jealousy is really makadaot sa relationship. it might sound kilig to newbies but it does destroy relationships big-time.

most of the time kailangan nato mo lugar pud sa atong pag selos. hehe. when we should let it out or let it control

pero if di ka kapugong, sultii lang gud imong uyab og pasabta hinay hinayi... ayaw lang mo diretso away. and when balik2x raba ning selos2x, makalagot raba pud. lol.
