I really love my girl. .. as in love gyud nako sya. Pero dili man sayon i control nga mag selos ko usahay gud. So it often results in big fights nga totally waste of emotions lang gyud.. nasty things being exchanged.. which we say in anger and do not mean anything at all.
Is this feeling just one way? I need help.. yes i admit that. Can I control and suppress this by my myself alone?
How can girls help their guys? I am sure this is easier if the girls realize that selos is a two edged sword..

I understand you bro... Wha you can do is to trust her more... Ngano kamo paman ug kaya man diay niya nga ilisan ka? Ayaw lang i-pollute imo mind if naa kay makita thru FB nga suod niya or naay mo-comment... Express that you're jealous kay ganahan man pud mi ana panagsa coz it shows love jud mi nimo...pero ayaw lang sad pangaway diretso.. I-sugar coat gud para mas ma-express nimo nga hadlok lang ka mawala siya nimo.

the problem is i just can not help mag selos sometimes..
i am afraid i would lose her.. but the irony is that.. it is the selos that is pushing her away.. when in fact, i love her so much mao insecure ko basin mawala sya nako.
