    thanks a lot for the info... a lot of members in fitness first always told me not to take a shower every after work out... they told me na maka "pasmo and panuhot daw"!!

    Now, i can take a shower without worrying...

    ...another misconception of most dieters is to starve themselves so that they would lose weight rapidly....this is not advisable though, since starving oneself can slow the rate of metabolism in our bodies which in effect wont help in burnin' the calories and fats in our bodies....the best way to lose weight is to eat the right foods, eat the right amount, and only eat when it's time to eat....good luck to all dieters out there...LifoSOCKKZZ!!!....hehehehe

    usa pud ni sa misconception nga kun mulingkod or higda after kaon kay mudako daw ang tiyan.
    ang pagdako sa tiyan kun busog is only temporary ug dili na jud ni forever since ang pagkaon i-digest pa na then certain substances are reacted or broken down to nutrients para i-absorbsa lawas..and note that ang mu-absorb sa nutrients is the blood veins in the lining of the intestines and stomach which is then transported(via blood) to other organs..thus,equal ang distribution sa food nutrients sa ato lawas.

    ...kay kun mudako ato tiyan sige lingkod after kaon,mudako sad diay ato tiil kun sige barog..hehe..
    ..or ulo if sige tuwad.
