BAD EXPERIENCE IN SM; The Big City (Hotdogs on sticks)

Whenever naa ko sa SM, gana jud kaau e kaon. Daghan places pwde ma pili-an and lami kaau e kaon. Dili ko mag mind pila ang bayranan k kaon man.

This one time, nag lakaw2 mi sa akong wife sa SM cinemas looking for new movies to watch. Then we passed by The THE BIG CITY, kana gani along cenimas 1-4(apil IMAX). Then ni palit mi ug cheesedog w/ buns k favorite man na sa akong wife.

Isa lng among gi palit kay padong man mi panihapon. Pero when I took the first bite(wla pa mi kalakaw sa THE BIG CITY) gahi/chewy nga murag bubble gum nga wai lami man ang hot dog ug buns. Then ana akong wife nga kara-an daw to nga hotdog ug buns ang ge hatag. (Dili man ni first time nahitabo namo so kabaw cya nga da-an to). Then ni reklamo ko sa katong naa sa counter(ang nag take sa bayad namo) pero ang ni tubag ang nag andam sa Hotdog. Bundak nga pagka storya nga "DILI MAN NA KARA-AN! BAG-O PA GANI NA LUTO DRI OH!"

So, wla nalang mi ni lalis. Amo nlng gi labay ang among gi palit, isa lng to ka bite amo na kuha kay mo INSIST MAN CYA NGA BAG-O and DILI NA DAW ILISAN.

Nag rigor man akong otok kay mao pay ni serve ug dautan nga hotdog mao pay isog kaau. (we know nga dautan kay mag cge man mig kaon ani from all malls around cebu same brand HOTDOGS ON STICKS and what was served to us was totally different)

So ni ask ko atong nag isog2 nga tig luto ug hotdog kung unsa iyang name. Akong gi pasuwat sa akong planner iyang name.

Mao ni iyang name JUNIFER A. BATATAS tig luto ug tig serve ug dautan nga hotdog sa THE BIG CITY SM CEBU.

So pagka human sa incident, ni uli nlng mi. Wala na lng mi nanihapon sa SM kay na wala among gana.

I hope ma abot ni sa management sa THE BIG CITY or HOTDOG ON STICKS or SM CEBU.

we had the same exp with my gf murag last year pa nuon to. pero sa amoang case giilisan man among hardcore nga hotdog kay di jd to mao pag ingkib nako mura jud goma kagahi.

Did you forward your complaint to the management?
If not, then your bad experience will simply fall on deaf ears.
I know the forum has a huge following and this will be a good avenue
for the others to become aware of the said st0re and the attendant
but somehow you were MORE banking on the "management" to know
about it rather the paying customers who would buy from the store.

I hope ma abot ni sa management sa THE BIG CITY or HOTDOG ON STICKS or SM CEBU.

I suggest you address the matter to the store's management through SM admin office in case you haven't done such complaint.

I suggest you address the matter to the store's management through SM admin office in case you haven't done such complaint.

I'm looking for their contact info online now. Maybe next time when I go to SM I will look for their customer service or admin office.

dili ni first time lng nahitabo namo bro. This is the last time nga mo palit ko ani ilang baligya knowing nga dli bag-o ilang mga baligya, who knows, ni expire na to nya gi luto lng gihapon, or gi molds na nya gi luto japon para ma baligya pa. tsk tsk tsk

same experience sir..naluoy ko sa akua mom..nagpalit pud akuang mom tulo ka buok,1 for her,one for me and one for my auntie..pag bite sa akuang mom kay nikalit lang siya pangluwa (sorry if...) i want o share lang gyud pud sa expression o reaction sa akua mom..then my aunt asked her: sis na unsa ka? my mom answered gahi ug aslom ang hotdog.goshhh! then ni try akuang auntie bite...sus ingun man pud siya nga ka way ayu gyud ani..blah,blah,blahhhhhh..then to make the story short heheh..gi duol sa akuang auntie katong tindera..sila ra to ng storya coz nilakaw sa mi mom nako buy ug drinks or something sweet kay lain lasa ingun akua mom..pagbalik namo sa akuang mom didto sa location di gyud ma e paint ang face sa akung auntie nisamot ka intsik ang eyes,ilisan unta to amuang gipalit..pero na wagtangan naman mi gana eat..so nanglakaw nalang me with matching yawyaw sa akua mom and auntie.
